GUIDELINES AND GROUND RULES IN ATHLETICS

1. All coaches and athletes must be fully vaccinated.
2. Always observe IATF health protocols at all places, such as wearing
facemask, maintaining social distancing at least a meter and disinfect
hands as necessary.
3. IAATF will be applied.
4. An athlete is allowed to compete three (3) individual events and two (2)
relays only.
5. A team may enter two (2) athletes only per individual events.
6. All competitors must wear their delegation identity uniform
7. Athlete who will not participate in his/her entered pr qualifies events
cannot play anymore in his/her succeeding events (law of succession).
8. In case of an inclement weather in an event that cannot be safely
competed, the coaches will be consulted prior to the postponement or
cancellation of the schedule by the Technical Management based in
the rule of the majority.
9. In case of unfinished finals due to natural disasters, ranking will be based
on the result of the time.
10. Protest and questions of results of events should be in written form
forwarded to Technical Management not later than 3 hours after the
result declaration of the event being questioned.
11. The starting height of the bar in high jump and pole vault will be as
follows:
EG - 1.15 m EB – 1.25m
12. No breaking of ties in all vertical jumps.
13. Take off boards are categorized as follows:
- Triple Jump
EG - 7, 8, 9 EB - 7, 8, 9
*Jumpers has the option to increase his/her take off board once.
