A. PROGRAM / COURSE PROFILE

TITLE School-Based In-service Training of BALAGAN INTEGRATED SCHOOL for
the S.Y. 2022-2023.
Rationale In line and in support to the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan
(BE-LCP) of the Department of Education (DepEd) and in accordance
with the mandate for continuing Professional Development of teachers,
Balagan Integrated School San Mariano I District will conduct School-
Based In- service Training for S.Y. 2022-2023.
This activity helps provide an avenue to help teachers to develop skills,
knowledge and competencies needed in the content and pedagogy,
improve teaching strategies and techniques on different learning areas, to
update knowledge of the content empowering the mastery of content and
provide advancement in the different subject learning areas.

Terminal Objective At the end of the sessions the participants are expected to
enhance their knowledge and skills in the use of different
teaching techniques and strategies in literacy and
numeracy and develop learning resources in achieving
desired learning outcome.
