“A Resolution asking the Municipal Government of Dinas to support Dinas National High
School in offering Agri-Fishery Arts (AFA) as another strand offering in the Technology-
Vocational and Livelihood (TVL) track of the Senior High School by providing an area for its
demo-farm
WHEREAS, Dinas National High School continues its initiatives towards delivering quality and
relevant education in the community withstanding its progressive orientation by ensuring that its
curricular offerings are grounded through sound and relevant evidences in realizing the Department of
Education vision of producing competent Filipinos that is able to contribute meaningfully to building the
nation;
WHEREAS, Dinas municipality is known to be an agricultural area producing various kinds of

agricultural products, such as but not limited to farming, food processing and fishery and aquatic
activities;
WHEREAS, the school has Technology-Vocational and Livelihood teacher skilled and equipped in
handling agricultural program offerings;
WHEREAS, the General Parent-Teacher Association of the School with the school officials
emphasizes the need to offer programs that are grounded through sound and relevant evidences in the
community;
NOW THEREFORE, by motion of Vice President Abdulhalem T. Donde and duly seconded by
Director Sittie S Odin: To pass a Resolution humbly asking the Municipal Government of Dinas to support
Dinas NHS in offering Agri-Fishery Arts (AFA) as another strand offering in the Technology-Vocational
and Livelihood (TVL) track of the Senior High School by providing an area for its demo-farm;
BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: To pass a Resolution humbly asking the Municipal

of Zamboanga del Sur to change the original plan of the building and convert the 3 rd floor of
building two into foldable/movable division instead of concrete division room barrier
WHEREAS, Dinas National High School continues its initiatives towards delivering quality and
relevant education in the community withstanding its progressive orientation by ensuring that its
curricular offerings are grounded through sound and relevant evidences in realizing the Department of
Education vision of producing competent Filipinos that is able to contribute meaningfully to building the
nation;
WHEREAS, DinasNational High School has an on-going construction of a two - four storey
building;
WHEREAS, the school do not have a room- area to conduct some faculty and PTA meetings and
all other kinds of conferences that would accommodate utmost 300-person;
WHEREAS, the General Parent-Teacher Association of the School with the school officials
strongly believe that making these four-rooms into foldable/movable design would cater any gathering
that requires a bigger area;
NOW THEREFORE, by motion of Director Tarhata C. Benong and duly seconded by Director
Egleceria A. Tabil: To pass a Resolution asking the District Engineer of DPWH, 2 nd Engineering District of
Zamboanga del Sur to change the original plan of the building and convert the 3 rd floor of building two
into foldable/movable division instead of concrete division room barrier;
BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: To pass a Resolution asking the District Engineer of

“Resolution humbly requesting the Engr. Aminodin P. Maniri, District Engineer of DPWH, 2 nd
Engineering District of Zamboanga del Sur to transfer PWD railings of Building A and B of the
4-storey of Dinas National High School from its front at the first floor to its left and right side
as well as the lobby railings at the first floor be converted to concrete benches
WHEREAS, Dinas National High School is a recipient of a three 4-storey building that caters 12-
classroom for each storey-building;
WHEREAS, the construction of the said three 4-storey building is still on-going;
WHEREAS, the Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) of the school and the entire school officials is
grateful for this construction as it helps a lot for the continuous effort in delivering quality education to
the totality of the municipality;
WHEREAS, the school as of the moment has less area/ground to conduct its school activities,
such as but not limited to flag raising, flag lowering, monthly activities and convocations;
NOW THEREFORE, by motion of Director Alih S. Salipada and duly seconded by Director Sittie S.
Odin, that PWD railings of Building A and B of the 4-storey of Dinas National High School be transferred
from its front at the first floor to its left and right side as well as the lobby railings at the first floor be
converted to concrete benches;
BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: the Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) in its meeting

en banc, RESOLVE to request the EngineerAminodin P. Maniri, District Engineer of DPWH, 2 nd
Engineering District of Zamboanga del Sur to transfer PWD railings of Building A and B of the 4-storey of
Dinas National High School from its front at the first floor to its left and right side as well as the lobby

Greetings from the Department of Education!
The school administration together with the General Parent-Teachers Association Board would like to
express our gratitude for gracing us three (3) 4-storey buildings and four (4) TVL buildingsthat will be
used in our continuous effort to deliver quality education being the central high school in the
municipality of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.
As we are grateful of the aforementioned buildings inspite of our pintsize school-land area, we are also
concern about the management of the school ground that will be used for ground activitiesof the
student thus we are proposing the following request specifically in the 4-storey Building A and B(as we
named them);
PARTICULARS ORIGINAL DESIGN PROPOSAL and RATIONALE

a. PWD RAILINGS In front of the building at
Transfer to the left and right side of the building,
the first floor this will save space in the middle of the two
buildings that will be used in convening students
for flag-raising knowing of our limited school
ground.
b. CORRIDOR corridor in every floor Concrete bench in the first floor lobby only
SIDING with level instead of railings. We believe that by converting
RAILINGS it to benches will benefit more students as this
will be seated or serve as flower stand to
beautify the area.
Attached are School Site Map and sketches of our proposal for your perusal. We have also attached the
resolution from the General Parent-Teacher Association that supports the request.

Greetings from the Department of Education!
We would like to express our gratitude for your action on our request to address the contractor of the 4-
storey building to expedite their construction progress. As of this date, building 1 has already been
roofed and ready for painting while building 2 is on the 3 rd floor.
I am writing this letter to formally request your office for a consideration to change the original plan of
the building. As agreed unanimously by the General Parent-Teacher Association (GPTA), we would like
to request that the 3rd floor of building two (2) be converted into foldable/movable division instead of
concrete division room barrier. (Attached is the resolution). We strongly believe that making these four
rooms into foldable/removable design would greatly benefit the school to accommodate utmost 300-
person enough to cater our graduation ceremony or any gathering or event which requires big area.
We are looking forward for your positive response on this matter.

another school year is about to start comes June 2019;
WHEREAS, after almost three years of the building construction, the three four-storey building is
still not yet finished;
NOW THEREFORE, by motion of Director Afdal U. Butito and duly seconded by Director Sulman
C. Abu, to humbly request the help of the Sangguniang Bayan of Dinas to communicate the District
Engineer of the Department of Public Works and Highways at Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur to let the
contractors fast track the work of the three four-storey building and be fully functional comes June
2019;
BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: that the Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) in its

meeting, RESOLVE to request the Municipality of Dinas Officials through the Sangguniang Bayan to
communicate with Engr. Aminodin P. Maniri, District Engineer of DPWH, 2 nd Engineering District
of Zamboanga del Sur to check on the contractors to fast-track the work of the three four-
storey building at Dinas National High School;

WHEREAS, Dinas National High School – Parent-Teacher Association celebrated its PTA Day 2019
last January 23, 2019;
WHEREAS, one of the highlight of the PTA Day 2019 celebration was the Search for Mr. and Mrs.
PTA Day through Kwarta sa Lata contest;
WHEREAS, the school as of the moment is having a tough time especially during events,
programs and activities in terms of its difficulty in renting a sound system;
WHEREAS, sound system rental is very high and would consume a lot of finances to be able to
conduct one event;
WHEREAS, the General Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) decided during its General Assembly
last January 18, 2019 that the proceed of the Kwarta sa Lata of the PTA Day will be purchased with a
sound system;
NOW THEREFORE, by motion of Director Sarah D. Pua and duly seconded by Director Rolando B.
Gabato, to purchase a sound system as a proceed of the PTA Day 2019 fund raised in the amount of
P40,000.00 subject to usual accounting procedure as observed by the organization;
BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: that the Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) of Dinas

National High School purchase a sound system as a proceed of the PTA Day 2019 raised fund ;

technology in the teaching-learning process for better learning;
WHEREAS, Mrs. Charisma Joanne Angon-Castro, an alumni of Dinas National High School, once
visited the school last January 2019 and offered to donate 16 units television for its company’s adopt-a-
school program;
WHEREAS, the said units of televisions are available for pick-up at Cagayan de Oro City;
WHEREAS, the Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) Board of Directors would like to sponsor the
fare/gasoline of those persons who will get the said units at Cagayan de Oro as its counterpart in the
said adopt-a-school program;
NOW THEREFORE, by motion of Director Emran U. Mantolino and duly seconded by Director
Sulman C. Abu, to release the amount of P6,000.00 for the travelling expenses of Principal Lamli D.
Dulunan and its company to get the 16 units television at Cagayan de Oro City as donated by Mr. and

“Resolution to release the amount of P2,000.00 for the Adopt-A-Barangay Program of Schools
WHEREAS, the entire world is experiencing the 2019 Corona Virus Disease (COVID) Pandemic;
WHEREAS, everyone from infant to old aged, rich or poor, those working permanently,
provisionally or occasionally is affected by the said pandemic;
WHEREAS, the entire country is under the enhance community quarantine (ECQ) and specific
executive orders in its respective areas (towns, provinces or regions);
WHEREAS, the Schools Division of Zamboanga del Sur launched the Adopt-A-Barangay Program,
where schools will be helping specific barangay in its respective community;
NOW THEREFORE, by information of the Principal Lamli D. Dulunan, Al-Hajj, the President Ma.
Odinah D. Labiaga inform the body thru a text message if the officers will approve that the organization
release an amount of P2,000.00 for the program;

National High School release the amount of P2,000.00 for the Adopt-A-Barangay Program of the Schools
Division of Zamboanga del Sur;
RESOLVE FINALLY that a copy of this resolution be given to the PTA Treasurer for her
information and perusal and to all other concern.”
