which ever is less, after carrying out the required additions and alterations as per the list
enclosed. I also agree to execute a lease deed for a period not exceeding five years as desired
by you in the form prescribed, GENL-8 and get it registered at my own cost. The terms
in the form of lease (Genl-8) and get it registered at my own cost.

The terms in the form of lease (Genl-8) referred to have been read/read to me and understood
by me and I accept them as also the conditions for the purpose of this offer.

2. I also agree to carry over all the items of repairs alterations and improvements as
mentioned in the list signed by me and attached herewith within_____ days of receipt of your
acceptance letter agreeing to take my building and to accept the rent referred to in para above
from the date on which the premises is occupied by the Postal department.

3. I also agree to carry out the annual repairs and white washing to the building
every year and to keep it in a good airy and suitable condition for occupation.

4. This letter of consent is read/read to me and understood by me and I agree/ to


abide by the terms and conditions contained therein.
