I. TOOTHPASTE WITH BAKING SODA AND SALT

Reagents:
Baking soda
Essential oil
Salt
Water

Materials/Equipment:
Bowl
Spoon
Empty container
Dropper

Product Formulation:
Baking soda ----------------------------------- 1 tbsp.
Salt ------------------------------------------ 1 tbsp.
Essential oil (any) --------------------------- 3 drops
Purified water --------------------------------
Whitening ingredient (optional) ---------------

Manufacturing Procedures:

A. Dispensing procedure
1. Measure all the ingredient accurately.

B. Compounding Procedures
1. Take 1 tbsp. of baking soda.
2. Add the salt.
3. Add the essential oil.
4. Add water thoroughly (will vary on the preferred viscosity and consistency).
5. Mix all the ingredients well to get a smooth texture.

C. Packaging Procedures
1. Transfer to a clean, empty, and transparent container and close it tightly.
2. Label it properly.
II. TOOTH POWDER

Reagents:
Xylitol
Baking soda
Bentonite clay
Ground cinnamon
Ground cloves

Materials/Equipment:
Glass/wooden/ceramic bowl
Glass/wooden/ceramic spoon
Measuring cups
Empty container

Product Formulation:
Xylitol -------------------------------------- ¼ cup
Baking soda ---------------------------------- 2 tbsp.
Bentonite clay ------------------------------- ¼ cup
Ground cinnamon ------------------------------ 1 tsp.
Ground cloves -------------------------------- 1 tsp.

Manufacturing Procedures:

A. Dispensing Procedures
1. Weigh all the ingredients accurately.

B. Compounding Procedures
1. Take a glass/wooden/ceramic bowl.
2. Add xylitol, baking soda, bentonite clay, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves.
3. Mix thoroughly with a glass/wooden/ceramic spoon.

C. Packaging Procedures
1. Transfer to a dry and clean container.
2. Label the container properly.

Note:
Never use metal containers and metal spoons in preparing the product. When metal
touches bentonite clay, it might deactivate its benefits.
III. SODIUM BICARBONATE MOUTHWASH

Reagents:
Baking soda
Tea tree essential oil
Peppermint essential oil
Purified Water

Materials/Equipment:
Glass Beaker/Cup
Spoon
Dropper
Funnel
Empty container

Product Formulation:
Baking soda ----------------------------------- 4 tsp.
Tea tree essential oil ------------------------ 4 drops
Peppermint essential oil ---------------------- 4 drops
Purified water qs.ad. ------------------------- 250 mL

Manufacturing Procedures:

A. Dispensing Procedures
1. Weigh all the ingredients accurately.

B. Compounding Procedures
1. Place the baking soda in a beaker.
2. Add the tea tree essential oil and the peppermint essential oil.
3. Further, add the purified water.
4. Mix the solution.
5. Use a funnel to transfer the solution in the container.

C. Packaging Procedures
1. Place in an appropriate container.
2. Label the container properly.
