I’d like to kick off By stating my friend who is an excellent leader and her name is Thom.

Thom is
my classmate in the high school and currently working as a founder in an environment organization
named GEN XANH.
If my memory serves me right, I met her the first time was at the 10-grade’s new school year opening
ceremony.
Now let me explain the reasons why I consider Thom a wonderful leader.
First off, she is aware of and know the strengths and weaknesses of each and every member that
makes her so much easier to allocate the tasks for everyone that suits their strenghs
Another reason that I wanna say is that she is the most sharp-minded and detail-oriented girl I have
ever seen. Every report and product that her team’s members put out there, she will check every
source and every single word to make sure that it makes sense and her team can get the highest score.
To put everything in a nutshell, Thom just is a kind of a small girl and doesnot any special or rare
abilities. Howerver, she comprehend herself and know how to wisely harness her knowledge and
experiences that she has achieved. And then she becomes a good leader. So from my point of view
that is not too hard or impossible for us to be a leader or a people who stand in front of others.
