I’m gonna tell you about the most severe environmental issue we face today, in my

opinion, is climate change. Climate change is the long-term heating of the Earth's
surface observed since the pre-industrial period due to human activities, primarily
fossil fuel burning
Let’s mention about causes of climate change
Firstly, one of the primary causes of climate change is human activities. When
people use cars, planes, and other transport forms, vehicles usually emit
greenhouse gases. These exhaust fumes can produce carbon dioxide which
remarkably adds to the climate change issue. Secondly, deforestation is also a major
contributor to climate change. Cutting down forests for construction, transport, and
consumption releases the carbon that they have been storing since trees absorb
carbon dioxide.
As it is a worldwide problem, I think that individuals and governments should join
hands to lessen global warming. For example, governments can launch campaigns
such as using paper bags instead of plastic ones, or people can raise their own
awareness about the negative effects of deforestation that reduce their fresh
atmosphere.
