PLANNING
To fulfill the partial requirement of this course, students are required to explain the basic processes and
concepts of work analysis and data collection techniques for preparing work analysis and how work analysis
is used in all human resource planning activities. Students are also required to identify recruitment
processes and techniques from internal and external sources of the organization.
This assignment must be done in a group which consists of 7-8 members. The students are required to
choose one of the industries stated as below and write a report based on their understanding regarding
Human Resource Planning.
Students are encouraged to create based on their creativity to improvise, combine or modify of the
information. Students may add any relevant information based on the topic. Towards the end of the
semester, the students are expected to present their findings in the presentation.

Instructions:
3. Students are required to submit the answers in UMSeLF and the documents must be converted to PDF
form.
4. Assignment should be computer typed using 1.5 spacing using font type ‘Arial’ size 10 for minimum of
20 pages.
5. Assignment submitted late without prior application for an extension or medical evidence will not be
accepted. Extensions are granted only because of certain circumstances. Please be informed that 3
marks will be deducted for each day late from submission date.
6. Plagiarism is a serious academic offence and strictly prohibited. Submission containing any plagiarism
content will strictly be rejected.
