-Approaches: Top-down approach and Bottom-up approach


2. Differences of the approaches/methods to one another.
-Top-Down Approach: it is about using comprehensive factors as a basis for decision-
making. It is typically linked with the word macro as macroeconomics, as this seeks to
identify the big picture and all of its components. Components are the driving force for
the end goal.
-Bottom-up Approach: the piecing together of systems to give rise to more complex
systems, thus making the original systems sub-systems of the emergent system.

The difference of the both is, the top-down approach prioritizes high-level planning and
decision-making, while the bottom-up approach prioritizes the execution of individual
tasks and the development of detailed knowledge.
