Urrak bottles is following Concentration business strategy. They are using this strategy in
order to increase the market share and to grow the business in term of reducing the
operating cost to get maximum profit.

2. How may these strategic goals be achieved?

The strategic goal can be achieved by using the following steps such as:
o Creation of new product that would be different in term of existing product in
market with greater durability and safety.
o Modification or adding some values to existing product that will attract customer
according to their needs.
o Improving the product quality will enhance the satisfaction of customer.

3. What are the Training Implications of this strategy?

o Start Training session in order to improve employee knowledge.

o Developing organization culture in order to make employee creative.
o Arrangements of specialized program in order to make innovation.
o Resolving the employee and organization conflicts in order to meet greater
performance which will results high production.
