Reflection Paper

The topics that we have tackled during our reporting are Marketing Channel
Participants are defined as participants that engage in negotiator functions linked
together by the flow of negotiation or ownership. The three basic distinctions of
marketing channel are: producer and manufacturer, intermediaries and consumer.
Producer, manufacturers and intermediaries are further broken down into wholesale,
retail, intermediaries, consumer and industrial users. Final users are defined as target
market or consumer. Also, the types of wholesaler and type of participants in marketing
channel these are the major topics I can remember in my report.

While making my report I was having a hard time understanding the topics
because there are many major points and it wasn’t easy. I read through the given
content, me and my group mates divided the content and my topics is marketing
channel participants. After reading I made a powerpoint presentation when I already
understand my topic, I recorded myself while reporting my topic. It wasn’t easy because
I keep retaking my video due to some mistakes I made like pronunciation or I forget
what I’m about to say some errors like that are unavoidable. It’s not perfect but I tried
my best to deliver my report clearly and I think that is good enough already.

What I learned during this report are I know now the distribution management
and is familiar of how it’s done like for example I have experience here in dinagat
islands how distribution happen the wholesale and retail. It won’t be new to me since I
have background knowledge about it and I will be able to use it someday if ever I have a
business. I am grateful for the knowledge and will forever take note of this.
