In Saudi arabia there are differences on basis
of gender.A research was conducted among
faculty members regarding importance of
communication in various fields.
As per research communication is very
important in
educational,scientific,adminstative,student
affairs and social fields.
In Saudi arabia there is a segregation between
students in educational institutions on the
basis of gender , so communication becomes
a vital requirement for integration of mens
section with womw s section in sam
eeducational institution.
After the research it was found that there
were significant differences between faculty
members in the perception of importance of
communication in various fields.
The study can help the faculty to determine
the strengths and make improvements in the
process of communication in education as the
requirements of gender segregation.
