Hello beloved learners. Dancing is really fun, right? So, at this point, we will
continue the fun. Thus learners, let us not prolong this. Get ready as you will now
participate into another dancing activity that will really shaken your body.So, what are
you waiting for? Start learning and dancing now!

What I Need to Know

OVERVIEW
This module contains the nature and background of the dance Haplik. This will
give the learners an opportunity to treasure and perform folk dance that will let them feel
their own nationality. In this way also, they will realize that dancing, as one of their
activities will help them to be physically, socially and emotionally fit.

2. execute the basic dance steps and arm/hand positions involved in the dance.

Costume:
Female: Patadyong, camisa and a soft paṅuelo over the Left shoulder
Male: Barong tagalong and white trousers

Count: One, two; or One, and, two to a measure

Formation: In sets of two pairs. Partners stand opposite each other about six feet
apart. Boys and Girls stand alternately (See diagram below). One to
any number of sets may take part in the dance.

 Measure 3: Turn once clockwise in place with three steps, Right, Left,

 Measure 4: Hop on Right, raising Left knee in front and swinging Left foot
