Basic Qualifications for Applicants Incoming First year College

1. Must be a child of an OFW or sibling of a single and childless OFW
2. Must be single, not more than 21 years old at the time of
application
3. The OFW must have an active OWWA Membership at the time of
application
4. The OFW must have a monthly salary of US$600 and below
5. With General Average of 80% per semester at the completion of Grade
12
