Basic Qualifications for Applicants Incoming First Year College

1. Must be a child of an OFW or sibling of a single and childless OFW
2. Must be single, not more than 21 years old at the time of
application
3. The OFW must have an active OWWA Membership at the time of
application
4. With General Average of 80% per semester and belongs to upper 20% of
the class at the completion of Grade 11
