PROXITANE® AHC
DISINFECT, CLEAN, DEODORIZE
COMMERCIAL, INSITUTIONAL, INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENTS

PROXITANE® AHC is a concentrated liquid disinfectant, effective against a broad range of bacteria,
viruses, and fungi. Product works by generating free oxygen which attacks proteins. There is no
known antimicrobial resistance to peracetic acid.

PROXITANE® AHC has been specially formulated with a detergent for excellent cleaning and contact
with surfaces spanning plastic, stainless steel, linoleum, vinyl, glazed porcelain, and glass.

PROXITANE® AHC is diluted at approximately 2 oz of product to 5 gallons of water, applied to the


surface, and left for a minimum of 10 minutes. Area can be fogged with PROXITANE® AHC, as a
supplement to the treatment. See label for exact dose and application instructions.

PROXITANE® AHC breaks down in the environment to vinegar and water, does not stain, and leaves no
harmful pesticide residues.

PROXITANE® AHC can be used in places like schools, colleges, industrial facilities, office buildings,
kennels, vehicles, recreational facilities, retail establishments, and pharmaceutical and cosmetic
manufacturing facilities.

PROXITANE® AHC is a broad spectrum disinfectant that has demonstrated efficacy against both
gram positive and gram negative bacteria, viruses, and fungi including:

Enveloped virus Influenza A virus, Vesicular Stomatitis, Porcine Respiratory and


Reproductive Syndrome Virus, Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis,
Newcastle Disease Virus, Avian Influenza A (H3N2) Virus

Large, non-enveloped virus Infectious Bursal Disease Virus

Small, non-enveloped virus Rhinovirus Type 37

Gram +, bacteria Staphylococcus aureus

Gram -, bacteria Salmonella enterica

Fungi Trichophyton mentagrophytes
