Background:
Safe and readily available water is important for public health, whether it is used for drinking,
sanitation, domestic use, food production or recreational purposes. Improved water supply and sanitation,
and better management of water resources, can boost countries’ economic growth and can contribute
greatly to poverty reduction. Currently rural community water supply solutions include hand pumps (have
high maintenance, discharge and depth limitations) and Electricity/battery based pumping solutions
(power is not available in rural world and batteries have major environmental and maintenance issues).
Solar Dual Pump solution is to utilize the power of the Sun during daytime and storing water to use at
night or act as a normal hand pump when the solar energy is not available, hence assuring uninterrupted
24x7 water supply, thus eliminating the need of batteries resulting in low cost and no maintenance
hassles. The dual pump is environmental friendly and extremely easy to use; more over its life is more

1) PRICE: The price quoted in this Proposal is inclusive of design & supply as per the scope of
materials & ratings submitted along with the final offer.

2) VALIDITY OF OFFER: The price quoted along with this proposal is valid for Fifteen (15) days
from such communication to Customer and there after the same shall be subject to reconfirmation.

3) GST: Included on above price.

4) PAYMENT: 50% advance and rest when material ready for dispatch.

5) DELIVERY: Within 2-3 weeks from the date of Purchase Order with advance.

6) TRANSPORTATION: FOR Site, Kaliapani.

7) WARRANTY: The solar DC pump covers replacement warranty of 2 years and Solar panel of 25
years of warranty from the date of supply. System damage due to natural calamities like
earthquake, cyclone, fire hazards, floods, riots etc not covered under warranty.
