The objective of this project is to plan and execute a winter vacation that fulfills the
requirements of the family and is within the budget of $5,500. The vacation is to

Constraints ● The wellness of the Murray family on the trip cannot be determined ahead of

● Travel delays/traffic cannot be determined ahead of time.
● Resort could be doing maintenance on some rides causing sections of the
 parks to be closed.
● The money supplied for the vacation depends on the abilities of the project
manager to research deals, discounts, and packages.
● Rental vehicle reliability cannot be verified ahead of time.

● The Murray family will have money to cover their portion of the trip.
● The Murray family will be healthy.
● The hotel will have all utilities working properly.
Assumptions
● Rental vehicle will be safe to operate and be fueled up.
● The primary driver will be safe and execute the flights successfully
● All park amenities disclosed will be provided.
