As per my plan below , the house will have 1 room upstair that has a small balcony . The height must
be avaerage not very high. Below is my plan for ground and the the room upstairs.

The stand is 25m x 12m as shown below . The is a temporary cottage at the back
Although the room at the 1st floor at the back will have a balcony ,howver this is the relative view of
how the roof must look like . The height of the builbuilng must not be high.

Below is the kind of balcony I am referring to ,but the roofing must be like the one above .
