Journal Writing

Throughout the whole process, the people of San Antonio, Nueva Ecija were open and

worked together, which made it much easier to adapt to changes and finish the project as planned.

A community project organizer will benefit from having a community that is open to the idea and

eager to find places that could be improved. A community that is receptive to the initiative and

eager to participate is advantageous. As a direct result of this, the project was completed in record

time and in an outstanding manner. We were given the chance to practice our leadership skills in

the field as a result of this amazing opportunity. Due to the fact that we were needed to converse

with a wide collection of community people during the duration of the project, we also had the

chance to improve our communication skills.
