1 概述
1.1 通用紧急报警系统参照“CCS” 、“SOLAS”及有关船用规范设计，用于通用紧急报警系统，
触发后能产生各种不同的报警信号，经电铃、雾笛等组成的报警系统发送到船上各部位，以便
通知全船所有起居处所；也可连接扩音机系统发送报警信号。通用紧急报警系统产品在被触发
后将一直保持报警状态，直至触发信号消失或人工将其关闭。

3 主要技术条件
3.1 环境条件：
3.1.1 环境温度：5℃～55℃；
3.1.2 相对湿度：30%～90%；
3.1.3 大气压力：86kPa～106Kpa；
3.1.4 振 动：2HZ～13.2HZ；
3.1.5 位 移：±1mm，13.2HZ～80HZ；
3.1.6 加 速 度：±0.7g。
3.2 工作电压：AC220V±10%；DC24V±10%。
3.3 工作特点
3.3.1 双电源供电：一路为 AC220V 输入（主电） ，一路为 DC24V 输入（备电）。
3.3.2 与通用紧急报警器、报警电源箱、警报器等相连的设备可发送两种优先级别不同的报警
信号；与机舱报警灯板、报警继电器箱、报警灯板复示器等相连的设备可发送三种及三种以上
的优先级别不同的报警信号。
3.3.3 通用紧急报警系统产品被触发后：可输出相应的报警信号，直至人工操作撤消而停止信
号输出。
3.3.4 预留多副无源触点：可接其它外部警报设备。
4 工作状态
4.1 机器上电后，运行指示灯亮。
4.1.1 报警信号与指示
4.1.1.1 本通用紧急报警系统产品中通用紧急报警器为单向通用紧急报警设备，接上专用 的
DF-1 报警电源箱，触发后能产生二种不同的报警信号警报，报警信号由警报器或其它等效设备
组成的报警发送到船上的各个部位，也可连接扩音机系统或其它适当的通讯设施发送报警信号。
以便通知全船所有起居处所，通用紧急报警系统产品在被触发后将一直保持报警状态，直至人
工将其关闭或由于公共广播系统工作而暂时中断，依照报警优先级别由高到低的顺序依次为：
⑴ 弃船报警 ⑵ 通用报警 ⑶ 火灾报警 ⑷ 手动报警
高级别报警信号可强插低级别报警信号:
“弃船报警”信号：一短一长循环输出。
“通用报警”信号：七短一长循环输出。
“火灾报警”信号：火灾警笛声输出。
“手动报警”信号：依按键通/断发送信号。
4.1.2 通用紧急报警系统产品中的通用紧急报警器面板上有指示灯显示。当主、备电源都存在
时“主电” 、“备电”指示灯均亮。断掉其中一路“主电”或“备电”电源，此时该断掉的电源
指示灯闪烁，失电继电器（J7）吸合，同时失电报警蜂鸣器响。当电源恢复，该路电源指示灯

亮，失电继电器（J7）释放，失电报警自动撤销。 “消音”键可暂停失电声响报警，该路电源指
示灯灭。
4.1.3 启动接好电源的报警继电器箱、机舱报警灯板和报警灯板复示器系统产品。
当有通用报警时，机舱报警灯板上相应的通用报警符号灯亮，并启动红色转灯工作，扬声
器发出七短一长的紧急报警音（该声为最优先级）；报警灯板复示器上相应标志灯亮，蜂鸣器响。
4.2 接口
4.2.1 输入触点容量：max DC24V/0.5A
4.2.2 输出触点容量：max AC220V/2.5A 或 DC24V/2.5A
4.2.3 双电源供电：一路为 AC220V 电源输入；一路为 DC24V 电源输入，互为备用，交流优先。
4.3 通用报警器 VDR 输出格式: $HYA，X1X2X3X4X5X6， *<CR><LF>
4.3.1 表述说明:
4.3.1.1 X1：“1”表示遥控台紧急讲话； “2”表示遥控台报警；
4.3.1.2 X2:“1”表示扩音机紧急讲话；
4.3.1.3 X3:“1”表示旅客通用报警（客船） ；“2”表示船员通用报警（客船） ；“1”表示通用
报警（货船） ；
4.3.1.4 X4:“1”表示火灾报警；
4.3.1.5 X5:“1”表示弃船报警；
4.3.1.6 X6:“1”表示手动报警；
4.3.1.7 ： “，”表示分隔符；
4.3.1.8 CR-表示回车；LF-表示换行。
5 接线说明
5.1 通用紧急报警系统产品中“扩音机接口”五个端子接通用紧急报警系统产品中扩音机
5.1.1 控制 通用紧急报警器对扩音机报警控制；
5.1.2 输出 三种类型报警信号（火灾、通用、手动）接入扩音机；
5.1.3 开机 通用紧急报警器对扩音机开机控制；
5.1.4 地线 通用紧急报警器地线；
5.1.5 警停 扩音机紧急讲话时报警信号暂停控制。
5.2“报警遥控台 1、2、3”三个端子接报警遥控台
5.2.1 接报警遥控台通用控制端；
5.2.2 接报警遥控台地线端；
5.2.3 接报警遥控台紧急讲话控制端。
5.3 “火灾”接至火灾报警器无源常开触点。
5.4 “通用”接外部通用报警按钮。
5.5 “手动”接外部手动报警按钮。
5.6 “常开 1” 、“常开 2”提供 2 个无源触点，可接至其它报警设备（报警继电器箱、雾笛控制
器等） 。

6 开通维护及注意事项
6.1 要根据产品系统接线图正确接线，AC220V 电源与 DC24V 电源不能接错。接 DC24V 电源的，
要注意电源的正负极。
6.2 该通用紧急报警系统外接报警器的总功率必须小于报警电源箱的额定输出功率，否则，由
于负载过载而烧坏报警电源箱。
6.3 在确认系统接线完全正确后，打开电源开关，通过工作指示灯来观察通用紧急报警器是否
正常工作。
6.4 如果一切工作正常，就可以逐一检查系统各项功能：

6.4.1 按下“通用”键，“通用”键上指示灯亮，通用紧急报警器自动向全船循环发出 7 短 1 长
的通用报警信号。对应的报警器终端以及外接报警设备也产生同规律的报警信号。直到人工再
次将该按键复位后，报警才消除。
6.4.2 按下“手动”键，“手动”键上指示灯亮，通用紧急报警器依按键通/断向全船发送报警
信号。对应的报警器终端以及外接报警设备也产生同规律的报警信号。
6.4.3 外接按钮接入通用紧急报警器的“通用”接口，通用紧急报警器面板上“通用”键上指
示灯亮，通用紧急报警器自动向全船循环发出 7 短 1 长的通用报警信号。对应的报警器终端以
及外接报警设备也产生同规律的报警信号。直到人工再次将外接按键复位后，报警才消除。
6.4.4 外接按钮接入通用紧急报警器的“手动”接口，通用紧急报警器面板上“手动”键上指
示灯亮，通用紧急报警器依按键通/断向全船发送报警信号。对应的报警器终端以及外接报警设
备也产生同规律的报警信号。
6.4.5 把闭合的火警无源触点信号接入通用紧急报警器的“火灾”接口，通用紧急报警器向全
船发出连续火灾报警信号。对应的报警器终端以及外接报警设备也产生同规律的报警信号 。直
到火警复位后，报警才消除。
6.4.6 按下报警遥控台的“工作”键，通用紧急报警器向全船发出 7 短 1 长的通用报警信号。
对应的报警器终端以及外接报警设备也产生同规律的报警信号；再按住报警遥控台的 “紧急讲
话”键，此时通用紧急报警器停止报警，用报警遥控台上的 MIC 可通过广播机向全船进行紧急
讲话。紧急讲话完毕，放开报警遥控台的“紧急讲话”键，通用紧急报警器继续发送报警信号。
直到人工再次将报警遥控台的“工作”按键复位后，报警才消除。
以上是传统型通用紧急报警器的功能
6.5 对于新型货船通用紧急报警器：
6.5.1 按下“手动”键，“手动”键上指示灯亮，通用紧急报警器依按键通/断向全船发送报警
信号。对应的报警器终端以及外接报警设备也产生同规律的报警信号。
6.5.2 按下“通用报警”键，“通用报警”键上指示灯亮，通用紧急报警器自动向全船循环发出
7 短 1 长的通用报警信号。对应的报警器终端以及外接报警设备也产生同规律的报警信号。直
到人工再次将该按键复位后，报警才消除。
其它功能与传统通用紧急报警器相同
6.6 对于新型客船通用紧急报警器：
6.6.1 按下“手动”键，“手动”键上指示灯亮，通用紧急报警器依按键通/断向全船发送报警
信号。对应的报警器终端以及外接报警设备也产生同规律的报警信号。
6.6.2 按下“船员通用报警”键，“船员通用报警”键上指示灯亮，通用紧急报警器自动只向船
员区域循环发出 7 短 1 长的通用报警信号。对应的报警器终端以及外接报警设备也产生同规律
的报警信号。直到人工再次将该按键复位后，报警才消除。
6.6.3 按下“旅客通用报警”键，“旅客通用报警”键上指示灯亮，通用紧急报警器自动只向旅
客区域循环发出 7 短 1 长的通用报警信号。对应的报警器终端以及外接报警设备也产生同规律
的报警信号。直到人工再次将该按键复位后，报警才消除。
6.6.4 同时按下“旅客通用报警”键和“船员通用报警”键，“旅客通用报警”键和“船员通用
报警”键上指示灯亮，通用紧急报警器自动同时向旅客区域和船员区域循环发出 7 短 1 长的通
用报警信号。对应的报警器终端以及外接报警设备也产生同规律的报警信号。直到人工再次将
按键复位后，报警才消除。其它功能与传统通用紧急报警器相同
6.7 如果出现如下状况，就要及时排查故障：
6.7.1 在没有人为操作的情况下，一通电，通用紧急报警器自动处于报警状态
这种情况，可能是外接按钮被按下造成的，可以先去掉外接按钮的连接，看是否消除。
6.7.2 在确定系统供上电的情况下，当人为操作时，通用紧急报警器仍不发送报警信号这种情
况，可能是通用紧急报警器内电路元器件有松动的地方。如果没办法排除，可以直接与我厂售
后服务部联系。

6.8 定期检查
6.8.1 系统电缆有无破损，防止线路绝缘低，避免线路短路造成报警电源箱损坏。
6.8.2 测试通用紧急报警器操作键及各项功能是否正常。
6.9 简易故障排除
6.9.1 通用紧急报警器按报警按钮铃不响，检查报警电源箱供电电源及控制线。
6.9.2 通用紧急报警系统上电后自动处于报警状态，手动按钮或外接按钮被按下造成，将按钮
复位即可。
6.9.3 按通用报警按钮时报警电源箱保险管熔断，可能是负载过载，检查报警电源与负载是否
匹配。

1 General
1.1 The general emergency alarm system, designed by referring to “CCS”, “SOLAS” and
relevant shipboard specifications，is used for general emergency alarm. After triggered, it can
generate various different alarm signals ， which will be transmitted to all sections on board
through alarm system consisting of electric bell and fog horn, etc，so as to give notice to all
living accommodations on board. It can also be connected with public address set system to
transmit alarm signal. General emergency alarm system, after triggered, will remain in
alarming state，till triggering signal disappears or it is turned off manually.

3 Main technical conditions

3.1 Operating conditions:

3.3.2 Units connected with general emergency alarm, alarm power supply box and alarm, etc
can transmit two kinds of alarm signals with different priority class; units connected with
engine room alarm lamp board, alarm relay box and alarm lamp board repeater, etc can
transmit three or more kinds of alarm signals with different priority class.
3.3.3 After the general emergency alarm system is triggered: can output corresponding alarm
signal，till stopping signal output due to cancellation of manual operation.
3.3.4 Reserved multiple passive contacts: can be connected with other external alarm
equipment.
4 Working state
4.1 After the system is powered on，operation indicator will light.
4.1.1 Alarm signal and indication

4.1.1.1 General emergency alarm in this general emergency alarm system product is a
one-way general emergency alarm equipment，if connected with special DF-1 alarm power
supply box and triggered, it can generate two kinds of different alarm signal for alarming.
Alarm signal will be transmitted to various positions on ship through alarm or alarm unit
consisting of other equivalent equipment ， or can also be transmitted by connecting public
address set system or through other suitable communication facilities, so as to give notice to
all living accommodations on board. General emergency alarm system product, after
triggered, will remain in alarming state，till it is turned off or provisionally suspended due to
working of public broadcasting system. The high-low order by alarm priority class is described
as follows:⑴ Ship-abandoning alarm ⑵ General alarm ⑶ Fire alarm ⑷ Manual alarm
Higher-class alarm signal can be inserted in lower-class alarm signal in forced manner.
“Ship-abandoning alarm” signal: a short/a long circular output.
“General alarm” signal: seven short/a long circular output(s).
“Fire alarm ”signal: fire alarm output.
“Manual alarm” signal: to transmit signal by key On/Off.
4.1.2 On general emergency alarm panel of general emergency alarm system product there
is indicator for display. When master and standby power supplies are available, “Master
Power Supply” and “Standby Power Supply” indicators will light. Turn off “Master Power
Supply” or “Standby Power Supply” ， indicator of the power supply turned off will flash ，
power-loss relay （J7） will close and power-loss alarm buzzer will sound at the same time.
When power supply resumes，the power supply indicator will light，power-loss relay （J7） will
release ， power-loss alarm will be cancelled automatically. “Silencing” key can suspend
power-loss audible alarm，when the power supply indicator will turn off.
4.1.3 Start up alarm relay box, engine room alarm lamp board and alarm lamp board repeater
system well connected with power supply.
When there is general alarm ，corresponding general alarm indicator on engine room
alarm lamp board will light ， and red rotary indicator will be started up for work ， and
loudspeaker will make seven-short one-long emergency alarm voice （ highest priority
class）;corresponding sign indicator on alarm lamp board repeater will light, and buzzer will
sound.
4.2 Interface
4.2.1 Input contact capacity: max DC24V/0.5A
4.2.2 Output contact capacity: max AC220V/2.5A or DC24V/2.5A
4.2.3 Dual power supply: AC220V power supply input and DC24V power supply input ，
standby for each other，AC priority.
4.3 General alarm VDR output format: $HYA，X1X2X3X4X5X6， *<CR><LF>
4.3.1 Description of the expressions:
4.3.1.1 X1:“1”means remote control station emergency speaking; “2”means remote control
station alarm;
4.3.1.2 X2:“1”means public address set emergency speaking;
4.3.1.3 X3:“1”means General Alarm to Passenger （ passenger ship ） ; “2”means General

4.3.1.4 X4:“1”means fire alarm;

5 Instructions for connection
5.1 The five terminals with “Public Address Set Interface” in the general emergency alarm
system product should be connected with public address set of the general emergency alarm
system.
5.1.1 Control General emergency alarm controls public address set alarming;
5.1.2 Output Three types of alarm signals （fire , general, manual ） connected to public
address set;
5.1.3 Turn-on General emergency alarm controls public address set;
5.1.4 Earth wire General emergency alarm earth wire;
5.1.5 Alarming-suspension When public address set gives emergency speaking, alarm
signal will suspend control.
5.2 Three terminals of “Alarm Remote Control Station 1. 2. 3” should be connected with
alarm remote control station
5.2.1 Connected with alarm remote control station general control end;
5.2.2 Connected with alarm remote control station earth wire end;
5.2.3 Connected with alarm remote control station emergency speaking control end.
5.3 “Fire” should be connected with fire alarm passive normal open contact.
5.4 “General” should be connected with external general alarm button.
5.5 “Manual” should be connected with external manual alarm button.
5.6 “Normal Open 1”, “Normal Open 2”provides two passive contacts ， which can be
connected with other alarm devices（alarm relay box, fog horn controller, etc）.
6 Turn-on, maintenance and points for attention
6.1 Connection should be carried out properly in accordance with the system connection
diagram，and attention should be paid to guarantee right connection of AC220V power
supply and DC24V power supply. When connecting DC24V power supply，pay attention to
positive and negative poles of the power supply.
6.2 General power of the general emergency alarm system’s external alarm must be lower
than the rated output power of alarm power supply box. Otherwise overload will burn out
alarm power supply box.
6.3 After it is confirmed that system connection is completely right ， turn on power supply
switch ， use working indicator to observe whether the general emergency alarm works
normally.
6.3.1 If it works normally，check functions of the system one by one:
6.3.1.1 Push down “General” key ， indicator on “General” key will light ， and general
emergency alarm will automatically send out seven-short one-long general alarm signal to the
entire ship circularly. Corresponding alarm terminal and external alarm device will also
generate same-regularity alarm signal. The alarming will not be cancelled until the key is reset

manually once again.

6.3.1.2 Push down “Manual” key， indicator on the “Manual” key will light， and the general
emergency alarm will transmit alarm signal to the entire ship by key On/Off respectively.
Corresponding alarm terminal and external alarm device will also generate same-regularity
alarm signal.
6.3.1.3 Connect external button into “General” interface of the general emergency alarm,
indicator on “General” key on the general emergency alarm panel will light, and the general
emergency alarm will automatically send out seven-short one-long general alarm signal to the
entire ship circularly. Corresponding alarm terminal and external alarm device will also
generate same-regularity alarm signal. The alarming will not be cancelled until the key is reset
manually once again.
6.3.1.4 Connect external button into “Manual” interface of the general emergency alarm,
indicator on “Manual” key on the general emergency alarm panel will light, and the general
emergency alarm will transmit alarm signal to the entire ship by key On/Off respectively.
Corresponding alarm terminal and external alarm device will also generate same-regularity
alarm signal.
6.3.1.5 Connect closed fire alarm passive contact signal into “Fire” interface of the general
emergency alarm，the general emergency alarm will send out continuous fire alarm signal to
the entire ship. Corresponding alarm terminal and external alarm device will also generate
same-regularity alarm signal. The alarming will not be cancelled until the fire alarm is reset.
6.3.1.6 Push down “Working” key on the alarm remote control station, the general emergency
alarm will send out seven-short one-long general alarm signal to the entire ship.
Corresponding alarm terminal and external alarm device will also generate same-regularity
alarm signal; then hold on “Emergency Speaking” key on the alarm remote control station，
when the general emergency alarm will stop alarming，and MIC on the alarm remote control
station can be used for emergency speaking to the entire ship through broadcasting device.
After emergency speaking ， release the “Emergency Speaking” key on the alarm remote
control station ， the general emergency alarm will continuously transmit alarm signal. The
alarming will not be cancelled until “Working” key on the alarm remote control station is reset
manually.

The above-mentioned belongs to functions of traditional general emergency alarm.

6.4 For new-type cargo freighter general emergency alarm:
6.4.1 Push down “Manual” key ， indicator on “Manual” key will light ， and the general
emergency alarm will transmit alarm signal to the entire ship by key On/Off. Corresponding
alarm terminal and external alarm equipment will also generate same-regularity alarm signal.
6.4.2 Push down “General Alarm” key， indicator on the “General Alarm” key will light，and
the general emergency alarm will automatically transmit circular seven-short one-lone general
alarm signal . Corresponding alarm terminal and external alarm device will also generate
same-regularity alarm signal. The alarming will not be cancelled until the key is reset
manually.
6.5 Other functions are the same as those of the traditional general emergency alarm.
For new-type passenger ship general emergency alarm:
6.5.1 Push down “Manual” key, indicator on the “Manual” key will light ， and the general

emergency alarm will transmit alarm signal by key On/Off to the entire ship. Corresponding
alarm terminal and external alarm device will also generate same-regularity alarm signal.
6.5.2 Push down “General Alarm to Crew Member” key, indicator on the “General Alarm to
Crew Member” key will light，and the general emergency alarm will automatically transmit
seven-short one-long general alarm signal only to crew member area. Corresponding alarm
terminal and external alarm device will also generate same-regularity alarm signal. The
alarming will not be cancelled until the key is reset manually once again.
6.5.3 Push down “General Alarm to Passenger” key, indicator on the “General Alarm to
Passenger ”key will light ， and the general emergency alarm will automatically transmit
seven-short one-long general alarm signal only to passenger area. Corresponding alarm
terminal and external alarm device will also generate same-regularity alarm signal. The
alarming will not be cancelled until the key is reset manually once again.
6.5.4 Push down “General Alarm to Passenger” key and “General Alarm to Crew Member”
key at the same time， indicators on the “General Alarm to Passenger” key and the “General
Alarm to Crew Member” key will light，the general emergency alarm will automatically transmit
seven-short one-long general alarm signal to passenger area and crew member area at the
same time. Corresponding alarm terminal and external alarm device will also generate
same-regularity alarm signal. The alarming will not be cancelled until the key is reset
manually once again.
6.6 Other functions are the same with those of the traditional general emergency alarm.
If following cases occur, troubleshooting should be carried out in time:
6.6.1 Without man-cause operation, the general emergency alarm is in alarming state
automatically as soon as it is powered on.
This case may be caused as external button is pushed down. Try removal of external button
to observe whether the trouble is corrected.
6.6.2 With system powered on，the general emergency alarm remains failed to transmit alarm
signal under man-caused operation.
This case may be that there are loose circuit components in the general emergency alarm. If it
is impossible to correct the trouble, contact our after-sales service department directly.
6.7 Check regularly
6.7.1 Check for damage of system cable to prevent low line insulation and avoid breakage of
alarm power supply box due to short circuit.
6.7.2 Test for normal services of the general emergency alarm operation key and various
functions.
6.8 Remedies for simple troubles
6.8.1 When pushing alarm button on the general emergency alarm, the alarming bell does not
sound: check alarm power supply box’s power and control lines.
6.8.2 General emergency alarm system is in alarming state automatically after it is powered
on: this may be caused as manual button or external button is pushed down. Reset the button
for remedy.
