Grilled chicken fillet w/ mushroom sauce and sauteed mixed vegetables

I. Objectives:
a. Identify the different ingredients necessary in cooking delicious healthy food
b. Make/create healthy and delicious food for the kids
c. Inspire others to use healthy ingredients in cooking different dishes.
II. Ingredients:
4 pcs chicken breast fillet cooking oil
1 small tin sliced mushrooms pinch of salt
1 All purpose cream pinch of ground black pepper
5-10 pcs fresh green beans chopped garlic
Cabbage/petchay (optional) chopped onions
Cauliflower or broccoli (optional) red and green bell pepper (sliced)
III. Procedure:
 Debone chicken breast, rinse and season with salt and pepper, add 2
tablespoon of cooking oil and set aside.
 Heat non-stick pan, and grill the chicken breast until cooked
 In another non-stick pan, sautee the garlic and onion then add the carrots,
beans, cauliflower until half cooked then add bell pepper and cabbage.
 When plating, arrange mixed vegetables on the side and grilled chicken in the
middle then pour some mushroom sauce on top of the chicken then serve.
