Here’s a sample script you can use when discussing this with your clients.
“Based on the assessments we did, it appears that you are having some trouble getting enough movement each day. This is
likely limiting your progress right now.
Most of us can only spend so much time at the gym. So I thought maybe we could brainstorm some other ways of building
movement into your regular routine.
If you are interested, I have some ideas that I can share with you.”
