Start is pressed.
3. Reset alarms:
Mode Selection:
1. Rinse only:
Select complete washing sequences with rinsing and washing with detergent.
Operation:
1. Drain:
Activate drain of the Mini CIP tank. All drain valves will open to drain water from the
tank.
2. Flush:
Activate Mini CIP tank flushing with water after it was being used.
Mini CIP can have up to 7 systems to clean. Each loop can be configured and enabled
in settings. Before activating CIP washing you must select at least one of these CIP
washing loops.

Setup page
These are the setting for how long each sequence will last in minutes or seconds. For
example: Rinse – 10min will run Rinsing for 10 minutes before it goes to next step.
2. Wash water level:
Setpoint of the Mini CIP tank level, before starting washing in Wash.
3. Rinse water level:
Setpoint of the Mini CIP tank level, before starting washing in Rinse.
4. Detergent amount:
Setpoint of the Detergent amount in the Mini CIP tank during Wash. For example:
Wash water level is 80% and Detergent amount is 10%. It will add 10% on top of the
Wash water level setpoint. Then in total water level combined with detergent will be

washing loop starts. For example: If Re-use Rinsing water is set to Re-use and Rinse Water
Level is set to 90%. Once rinsing started, MiniCip will be filled to 90% of water and never will
be refilled again until it goes to Drain. But if Re-use was not selected. Then, when rinsing is

6 Manual control
Pumps (GP), valves (QM) and analog valves (QN) can be controlled manually at any
time. It is done on popup window which can be opened by pressing on the selected
actuator (GP/QM/QN) symbol.
6.1.1
Valve (QM) manual control
Valves may be manually controlled by the operator. By clicking on one of the Valve symbols
in the P&ID, a window will open. By pressing the "Manual" button, the valve is set to manual
control. This is confirmed by the button changing to green color and the top of the valve
symbol is changing color to blue Indication that valve is in manual is staying on during any
state of the valve.
The operator may then open/close the Valve in the desired position. If an alarm is active
for one of the Valves, it is caused by one of several conditions:
Feedback Deviation: The valve open/close feedback is either both Off and
both On.
Valve Open Delay: An open command is triggered and the Valve either uses a
longer time than expected to open or does not open at all.
Valve Close Delay: A close command is triggered and the Valve either uses a
longer time than expected to close or does not close at all.
If an alarm is active and a Valve is not responding to an open command, one may
manually force the Valve into open position and trigger the “Inhibit”. This will inhibit the
Valve alarm, and the system consider the Valve to be in the Open position. The Inhibited
status is confirmed by a green button colour in the popup and blue valve symbol colour.

by pressing “Forward” will start running in forward direction. The selection is confirmed
by button colour changing to green.
The manual speed can be adjusted. For motors without automatically speed adjustments,
the speed entered here is used in normal operation as well.
Total running time for the motors is displayed at the bottom of the window together with
last error code which comes from inverter. Hours and fault can be reset by pressing
corresponding buttons: “Reset VFD” and “Reset hours”.
