3. Motivation
The teacher will show pictures and students will identify what is the picture all about
B. Developmental Activities
1. Presentation
Adverb a word or phrase that modifies or qualifies an adjective, verb, or other adverb or a
word group, expressing a relation of place, time, circumstance, manner, cause, degree, etc.
(e.g., gently, quite, then, there ). Adverb of place answer the question where,adverb of time
answer the question when and adverb of manner answer the question how.
For deeper understanding teacher will tell a short conversation of five kids using different
types adverbs including place, time and manner.

Individual Activity
Use adverb (adverbs of place,time ,and manner)in sentences.
3. Generalization
Remember that Adverb a word or phrase that modifies or qualifies an adjective, verb, or
