encouraged and guided me during the process. They were the ones I approached and sought for help

because I lacked the resources and devices needed to finish this job. Their contributions are sincerely

appreciated and heartily acknowledged, even through they do not want their names revealed, thank you

also to our professor Ms. Flordeliza Ferrer who gave me another chance to pass this output even though

its already late in deadline. Above all, thanks to the Great Almighty, the originator of all wisdom and

understanding for his unending love. Thank you so much for everything.

Learner-centered education empowers the students to take ownership of what they learn by

focusing on how the new knowledge solves a problem or adds value. Instead of simply pouring

information over the child's mind, the facilitator presents the student with an issue and guides the

class as they build a solution

Facilitating Learner- Centered Teaching and Learning actually I had no idea how this subject

would flow at initially, and I had also received the information for our professional education

subjects, I’m not expecting much from things about which I have no prior knowledge such as

this subject’s flow, grading system, and so on, just expecting the unexpected. I simply wish the

flow of this subject was easier so that students like us wouldn’t feel overburdened.
