As Students of Columbanite nursing students, how do you practice Servant Leadership in

relation to your chosen career?

 The servant-leader is servant first. It begins with the natural feeling that one wants
to serve, to serve first. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead. It means
that in nursing we are servant we serve different health related teachings to our
patients. We serve the patients to make them feel better to help them through there
healing process. Also we are servant of the physicians in a good way because not all
doctors can do it all alone so the nurses are there to help and serve what they need
for example for the operations or medications of the patient.
