And as a leader, I rather humble myself than be dogmatic so my people won’t feel oppressed. Even if it is inside a church, school, or workplace we help those in our charge and use our leadership to influence them on how they work for themselves, not for the benefit of their own leader. And more importantly, I am not just leading or teaching them but also showing them how to be a leader without corruption.
