The way I see myself as a leader is that I put

my team or members ahead of me and equally treat

them as my own. We do not want to be like those people
who put themselves first than others or what is also
known as selfishness. And as a leader, I rather humble
myself than be dogmatic so my people won’t feel
oppressed. Even if it is inside a church, school, or
workplace we help those in our charge and use our
leadership to influence them on how they work for
themselves, not for the benefit of their own leader. And
more importantly, I am not just leading or teaching them
but also showing them how to be a leader without
corruption.
