As a leader, I want to be identified by the students, teachers, and staff as an honest leader.

Honesty is an
essential leadership skill that can assist in instilling trust among followers. As a leader, I want my
followers to view me as a leader who is honest to all the stakeholders on matters of vision, progress, and
challenges experienced. I would also want to be known as a transparent person. As an educator, I have
always insisted on transparency in the institution's activities. I want to be known as a leader who displays
all the necessary practices within the schools and the community to enable stakeholders to conduct
their audits and provide suggestions for improvements. As a leader, I also want to be known by the
stakeholders as hardworking. As a student, the amount of effort put in by our teacher significantly
correlated to the level of work I put into the class. As a leader, I want my followers to follow my example
from my hard work. I want to be known as humble. As a leader, I want to be considered approachable by
any individual concerning any issue. Another leadership value I would want to be known for is being
resilient. The ability to overcome challenges and setbacks positively inspires followers and promotes
unity. The final value I want to identify with is an ethical leader. I want to be known for my morals and
ethics, which I uphold when interacting with followers. I also want to be a just leader who always makes
decisions unbiased by any factor and upholds the decisions firmly.
