    State ­Vs­Raju Natthuji Rane

        ORDER BELOW EXH.1
                            (Passed on 29/01/2022 )

    Present Charge­sheet is filed against accused for offence
    punishable under Section 65(e) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act.
    The   case   is   pending   for   trial.   NBW   issue   against   accused.   It   is
    reported at Exh. 23   that the accused died on 15/10/2021. He has
    also filed No­Objection certificate of Grampanchyat Bela at Exh.24.
    On perusal No­Objection Certificate, it appears that accused namely
    Raju Natthuji Rane died on 15/10/2021. Hence, I passed following
    order. 
                     : ORDER :
    1. The proceeding is abated against accused namely  Raju Natthuji
    Rane.

    2. The matter is disposed of accordingly.

    3. Seized Muddemal  be destroyed, after appeal period is over.
