22.09.2022 imposing ban on Plastic Flexi
Banners with effect from 01.11.2022. Now,
the Government issued another notification
through G.O.Ms.No.75, EFS&T Dept., dated
31.10.2022 extending the effective date of
ban w.e.f., 26.01.2023 instead of
01.11.2022. The copy of the said
G.O.Ms.No.75 dated 31.10.2022 is placed
on record. He seeks adjournment for
hearing the case immediately after the
Pongal Vacation, 2023.
