    Today the case is fixed for consideration. Instant
    application has been filed under section 156(3) CrPC seeking direction
    of this Court to SHO PS Division No.2, Pathankot to register FIR
    against the respondents for commission of offences punishable under
    Section 420, 467, 468, 470, 471 of IPC. Heard. Keeping in averments
    contained in the application as well as affidavit annexed with the
    application, instant application is treated as complaint. So, the case be
    registered as COMI. The complainant is directed to lead preliminary
    evidence as per Section 200 CrPC on the next date of hearing i.e.
    24.01.2024.
