    Prem Singh Vs. SPO (OP0 UHBVNL

    Present: Sh. Virender Chaudhary counsel for plaintiff.

    Today the suit has been received by way of assignment. The

    report by reader after checking the plaint has been made. The court

    fees found to be correct. The suit be registered. Since it is a suit for

    injunction along with an application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 &

    2 read with Section-151 CPC. In view of the urgency pleaded by

    learned counsel for plaintiff, notice of the suit as well as injunction

    application be issued to the defendants on filing of copies of plaint,

    expenses, process fess etc. for 24.02.2023. Dasti notice be given, if

    so desired.
