Reminder
We have partnered with you because we believe that you will ensure that your
applicants have the strongest profiles possible before your applicants' documents are
sent to us. We have experienced receiving incomplete applications with blank spaces,
weak answers, and a lot of spelling mistakes from our overseas partner's au pairs,
which leads us to believe that applications and supplemental documents have not
been reviewed prior to being sent to us.
To ensure that you are sending us the strongest profiles possible, you will need to
more carefully review each of your applicant's documents and make sure all
sections are filled out completely and correctly before sending them to us for
review. You should provide your applicants with pertinent recommendations on how
to fill out the required documents if they were not filled out completely/correctly the
first time.
Name on Documentation
Before you send us au pairs' applications for review, please ensure that you have
saved each document with the CORRECT NAME (and ensuring the correct
capitalization of each word) and in PDF format. (DO NOT add the applicant's names,
numbers, or characters to the documents’ names please)
Personal Reference 1 (PDF, for first personal reference) Separate from Personal
Reference 2 and Employer reference. Do not add the three references in 1 single
document, they need to be 3 separate documents.
Physician's Report (PDF format, make sure it has the doctor's signature,
stamp and the date at the bottom)
Criminal Record Check (PDF format)
Under 2 Verification Form (PDF format, we need the exact dates of start and
end of every experience (include day, month and year: for example: from March
10,2021 until July 2, 2021). Ages of children over 2 years old SHOULD NOT be added
to this form, for example: 8 months, 1 year and a half, 20 months (not 2 years old, 3
years old, etc.)
LASTLY
Please note that we will not be accepting weak or incomplete applications, as we are
relying on you to provide us with the best applicants for our host families. This will
help to ensure that everybody has a great time in the au pair program.
