Upload the part pictures through FTP

FTP Interface

Port:7084
Login for the first time,fill in the information,click “Quickconnect”.

Login for the next time,Click “ ”,just choose the previous login information.
OMS

1. Create and save the RMA, then tick the box after the “Attachment Flag”,Click Save.
(Note:the “Save” on the top right need to be clicked)

2. The part RMA making steps have not changed, but when filling in the information in “Item
Name”,the “Images in WMS” need to be written.

3. Approve RMA
(Note:Before Approve, check again whether the Attachment flag is ticked.)

4. Upload the part pictures through FTP.


① Create a new folder on the desktop,and rename to the RMA ID.

② Rename the part pictures to 01,02……,and save them to the above folder.

③ Open the corresponding folder by month in FTP, and drag the file named with the RMA ID that
we just created into it.
④ After a few seconds, the file is uploaded successfully, and the word "Success" will be displayed
in the upper left.

Oracle

1. Create RMA and tick the box after the “Attr Flag”,Click Save on the top left.
2. The part RMA making steps have not changed, but when filling in the information in “Item
Name”,the “Images in WMS” need to be written.

3. Approve RMA
(Note:Before Approve, check again whether the Attr flag is ticked.)
4. Upload the part pictures through FTP.

Under what circumstances do we need to send part pictures to the

warehouse

1. When do we must send the parts pictures to the warehouse?


① In the part list, there is an icon for this part, but there is no corresponding part number.
② There is no this part in the part list, and we don't know how to describe it.

There is no this part in the part list, but the name of this part appears in the installation step.
③ The warehouse sent the wrong parts for the first time. /The color of the received parts is
different from the color of the customer's original product.

④ The manual received by the customer is inconsistent with our latest manual.

⑤ The same part number appears twice in a manual, and the corresponding parts are different.
⑥ There are multiple versions of the manual, and we don't know which version is the latest. The
customer confirmed the part number of a certain version.

① There is no this part in the part list, but we know how to describe it.
② There are lots of parts need to send.

③ Because the customer bought more than one item, the number of parts need to send exceeds the
number that should be in a single product.
