Thanks a lot for the call in the afternoon showcasing the interest in migrant tracking solution.

Please find the inbound data collection template attached and related process steps.

Track Inbound Migrant Workers

- Track Inbound Migrant workers through multiple channels
o People registering beforehand by calling Callcentre number (Integration)
o People pre-registering on web site or mobile app (Integration)
o People identified from borders (Excel\Google Sheets – integration)
- Field Officers to use the Field Officer Mobile app or Excel sheets based on region to
enter the details of all migrants
- Data is consolidated on daily basis and Platform reads the consolidated data
dynamically.
- Various Visualizations to show the Migrants movement, their intended destination,
age profile analysis, symptom analysis being captured.
- Migrants to be using citizen mobile app to report their daily self-assessment.
- Field Officers to make random checks on frequent basis to certain migrants homes
and verify for symptoms, file Patient report from Field Officer Mobile App.
- Setup events and SOP in platform for any abnormalities in incoming data and to alert
authorities.

Our partners Sigma and Quantela shall be sharing the LOI and the NDA format for future
course of action.

Dear Sir,

This has reference to our discussion on the subject, as you are aware GOI ministry of Urban
Development has recommended the use of this application. ( Copy attached)

Cisco along with its partners have built a solution for Covid-19 War Room primarily
comprising of Software Platform for managing end to end efforts in managing covid related
operations.

A Mobile App for Field Officers and Citizens integrated with an integrated Collaboration/
Communication tool to engage across stakeholders over voice/video/web.

The intent of the solution is to build a central dashboard with integrations of various data
bases and providing range of visualizations and reports covering govt dept, health depts,
quarantine centres, hospitals, field officers etc and providing insights for Operations team,
Field responders and Citizens connecting all stakeholders for seamless 2 way communication
for operations and response.

Cisco with Quantela has implemented this for Govt of Telangana and implementing it for
Ministry of Health's Covid War Room Government of India.

We shall be extending this on no cost basis for ~ 45 days and requirements thereafter can be
discussed later once clarity emerges on way forward.

We can get on a quick webex session of 20~30 minutes for you & your team to explain what
it offers and how are we using this in other states so that you can guide us on next steps.
