Exercise 10:

I bought a pair of sneakers at Biti’s Hunter Store last month. The company markets its
products via various channels such as multimedia, brand’s websites, e-commerce platforms
(Shoppe, Lazada,...). One of the most famous advertising campaigns of Biti’s Hunter is “Di de
tro ve” which has been hold annually for almost 4 years. The product's USP is that the sneakers’
price not only lower than the other brand’s but they also have high quality. This has helped Biti’s
Hunter become one of best domestic brand in Viet Nam and its reputation is very good. When I
hesitated about choosing which one to buy, I consulted the salesperson a lot. She provided me so
specific information of each sneaker that it is finally easier for me to choose. After purchasing,
the salesperson has offered me a 7-day return, 1-year warranty and explain me about exchange
policies. For me, the price of the sneakers was affordable and worth buying because with a such
lower price than any other famous brand’s products, this product’s quality is also as good as
others. Because I bought them before Christmas about 2 days, I was offered a 5% discount which
made me really pleased. After using for more than 3 weeks, the sneakers live up to my
expectation as well as satisfy my need.
