organization. We will source finance from loans, donations private pay, and the Texas
Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) payment rates for the 24 Hour
Residential Child Care (Foster Care) Facility.

(4). Purpose of writing the Plan (SBA, Bank loan, or Investor Ready)- The purpose of the
business plan is to start a new business.I also need to provide a copy of the business
plan to the State of Texas children's Licensing Department and Department of Family
Protective Services (DFPS) for approval. I also will use the business plan to apply for
grants and loans.

(5). Mission- Hope Bridge Children Home mission is to provide hope, a nurturing,
therapeutic, safe and secured children home facilities to promote healing and meet the
needs of boys and girls subjected to trauma, abuse, abandonment, neglect, poverty, etc.,
while in policy with the Department of Family Protective Services (DFPS) and Health and
Human Services Commission (HHSC) Minimum Standards.

Partnering with their families, we pursue family restoration and reunification. Through
God’s guidance we seek to influence and equip others who share a similar calling to
impact children, families and future generations.

Hope Bridge Children Home will provide a normalizing, home-like environment with
houseparents who live on site and care for children. They are present for children at
bedtime ad walking time which provides consistency and promote healing through
trusting relationships with caregivers. We will provide educational activities designed to
help children fully develop their intellectual, social, and emotional capabilities. Continued
training in the trauma informed care will enable us to better assist children and their
families.
Hope Bridge Children Home is supported by a licensed therapist who determines and
supervises the implementation of each child’s treatment plan. All of the children have
access to individual, family, and group therapy.

Hope Bridge Children’s Home looks forward to hopefully hosting a Foster and
Transitional Living Program, teaching Christian parent classes, and providing Christian
Counseling to those in the need.

Texas and ensuring that each child in care has an opportunity for a healthy, successful
life by providing care, support, and resources through the help of God.

risk-youth who have been placed in Hope Bridge Children Home by County Child
Protective Services (CPS)

Hope Bridge Children's home will operate 24 hours per day and 7 days a week.
Home Bridge Children's Home will be a twelve-bed facility and provide services to
at risk male and female youth, ages 7-17. "At Risk" refers to situations that
threaten the health and well-being of a child, such as abuse, abandonment,
neglect, poverty, etc. This program was designed specifically to provide care for
at risk-youth who have been placed in Hope Bridge Children Home by County
Child Protective Services (CPS).
