AC1B ON when AC220 power is supplied to IOC and 12 fuse is normal.

101 ON when the power is supplied to the safety circuit 101 and F6 fuse is normal.

P24 ON when the power is supplied to P24 of IOC board and F2 fuse is normal.

P24G P24G of IOC board is normally supplied.

P5 P5 of IOC board is normally supplied.

P5B PENC(power supply of governor encoder) of IOB board is normally supplied.

INRB Dipsw(RUN BUG started) of IOB board is ON.

TAC-50K␣has␣CAN(Controller␣Area␣Network)␣communication␣with␣PCBs␣including␣HN,␣CN,␣DCU,␣CPI,␣etc.␣
Comparing␣to␣RS-485␣communication,␣etc.,␣CAN␣communication␣has␣high␣reliability␣with␣the␣algorithm␣
that␣large␣amount␣of␣data␣can␣be␣transmitted␣faster␣even␣with␣low␣speed␣(50Kbps).

TAC-50K␣has␣3␣CAN␣channels.
1.␣Local␣CAN(CH1)␣:
A.␣Communication␣speed␣of␣100Kbps.
B.␣Making␣the␣communication␣with␣DSP␣and␣CPIK␣having␣the␣emergency␣terminal␣floor␣stop␣function(ETSx).
2.␣Car␣CAN(CH2)␣:
A.␣With␣the␣communication␣speed␣of␣50Kbps,␣it␣communicates␣with␣the␣Car␣through␣T-cable.
B.␣It␣is␣connected␣with␣the␣Node␣such␣as␣CN,␣CDU,␣CLW(with␣loading␣device),␣TEA(vocal␣announcement␣device),␣etc.
3.␣Hoistway␣CAN(CH3)␣:

Check the direction in motion diagnostic window – displaying direction should be same as
motor direction – if not, swap PEA-PEB, /PEA-/PEB in the CNL4

Check the direction in dispatch window – displaying direction should be same as motor
direction – if not, swap PEA-PEB, /PEA-/PEB in the CNL3

ETSD scan procedure

• Before scanning jumper 123-123A has to be present


• D26=1
• Read value M39 and M40 and set M39+30, M40+30
• TBS command in IMS (Go to Top appears)
• Send CAR to top floor (Go to bottom appears)
• Send CAR to bottom floor.
• if ETSD successful, ETSD setup appears and EGOOD LED on
• Type ETST and ETSB

• if fail, check fault reason and scan again (EBAD LED on)

• Restore M39, M40 to original values.


• Remove jumper 123-123A
• D26=0
