focus on it?

 It depends on two factors. The first is the delivery cost and the second is
the demand.
 The most efficient channel relevant to cost is the first channel “traditional”
because Nestlé sells to wholesalers and mega wholesalers and distributors
and they resell and distributing them to customers.
 Nestlé factory is located in Banha, so in Delta Governorates Nestlé depends
on the second channel DSD “direct sales distribution”.
 Nestlé use the third channel “modern” like supermarkets and the fourth
channel “traditional” like hotels in remote places.
14-What are your best tips for getting sales and b2b marketing aligned
around strategy?
 Take your time to create a B2B deal as well as Nestle and Starbucks
has taken 2 years till the deal had done.
 Be deferent in product quality and company image and not only “best
price” as well as nestle is not the cheapest mineral water on the
market.
 In b2b deals you need to have a unique customized product and
package.
