Project Title: ETO IKAW NA MAGISIP

Problem Statement:
1. TLE subjects needs to increase the academic performance of Grade 7 to 10 with an average MPS
of 70.97% from SY: 2019-2022.

 Grade 7 has an average MPS of 69.83 from SY: 2019-2022


 Grade 8 has an average MPS of 72.58 from SY: 2019-2022
 Grade 9 has an average MPS of 70.14 from SY: 2019-2022
 Grade 10 has an average MPS of 71.32 from SY: 2019-2022

2. Learners in Grade 9 and 10 needs enhancement and follow up to develop their skills according to
area of specialization.
Specific Objectives:
1. Increase the MPS to 75% or higher.
2. Provide enhancement/follow up activities for learners in Grade 9 and 10 based on area of
specialization.
Root Causes:
1. No available school programs in monitoring learners attendance and academic
performance in TLE.
2. Lack of enhancement and follow up activities to enhance the skills of learners;
3. Poor nutritional status.
