KBR- AIPPL JV at an contract price of Rs. 363,53,40,269/-. The construction of 4MLD capacity STP at Chikkabanavara is a part of the contract. ‘The proposed location of STP is adjacent to the nala and at the upstream of the STP Chikkabanavara lake weir exists. Due to this, the STP as well as the properties/area adjacent to the STP is susceptible for flooding during monsoon. Hence, by constructing the drain the rain water can be channelized from the lake side and the encroachment of BWSSB premises can also be avoided. But, the construction of retaining wall and drain is not in the original scope of work. Hence, the expenditure towards the said works is proposed to be met out under Provisional sum of Rs. 13,30,00,000/- at the estimated rates based on PWD/Common 2022 along with 10% area weightage,12% GST with all necessary provisions for easy /execution of the work. 60-8 ORDERS THEREON: Pursuant to the above, the work of construction of Retaining Wall at Chikkabanavara STP premises is technically sanctioned for Rs.1,48,10,000/- (Rupees One Crore FortyEight Lakh Ten Thousand Only) based on PWD/Common SR 2022 along with 19», area weightage,12% GST. f the above estimate is chargeable under the Head of Main Work Cp.z “27 0,00,000/ ted in this office register The cost of under -Provisional Sum of Rs.13,3 The sanction to the estimate is nol vide CER No.01/2022-23, Dated:09.05.2022.
