will be paid by the Vendee to the Vendor in the following manner:-

paid by the Vendee to the Vendor, AT THE TIME OF SIGNING OF 10% PART

paid by the Vendee to the Vendor on or before ____ day of _________________20______,
at the time of execution of proper TRANSFER DOCUMENTS in respect of the “SAID
PROPERTY” in favor of the Vendee or his/her nominee (s) before the concerned
OFFICE, Karachi, as well as Hand Over vacant peaceful physical possession of the
“SAID PROPERTY”, along with all ORIGINAL relevant documents of the “SAID
PROPERTY”, to the Vendee. The Vendor hereby undertaking to pay and clear all dues,
rates, suit, taxes including property tax, Water & Conservancy charges, the Excise and
Taxation, cantonment Board, Bills of K.E.S.C, Sui Gas, Telephone (if any) and
Maintenance charges of Apartment Society/Association and get mutated in the
records of M.E.O Cantonment Board and all Concerned departments, in respect of
“SAID PROPERTY”.

c) THAT the Vender is entitled to invite objection to the proposed sale/transfer of the
“SAID PROPERTY” through PUBLIC NOTICE in any newspaper (s) and objections if
any shall be removed by the Vendor his/her own cost and expenses.

On Sale/Purchase 2% commission/brokerage from EACH party.
