TAQA is an international energy and water company listed in Abu Dhabi operating in 11 countries

infrastructure projects and on the exploration and production of oil and gas. TAQA has operated oil
and gas production platforms in the North Sea and natural gas storage and production facilities in the

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the electronic and paper-based databases of different departments within TAQA
Perform quality and compliance checks on documents and Drawings
Control over documentation and drawing modification, distribution, issuance (as per
procedure) during its whole lifecycle
Maintenance of a list (register) of applicable documents
Distribution of documents and drawings to relevant people / organisations
Progress reporting on the document’s status / maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Communicate and disseminate fully approved TAQA Management System documentation
Monitor and maintain TMS
Focal point for access to Industry Standards through third party suppliers
Expediting documentation for review and approvals
Manage a swift and efficient document management process from quality check to
publication
Monitor and maintain the TAQA management system. System is configured on Sharepoint

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
Essential
MBO/HBO education
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Essential
3+ year of document control experience within the Oil & Gas Industry
Working and processing of technical drawings
Fluent English and Dutch speaking and writing
Excellent organization, administration and computer skills (specifically Office 365 and
SharePoint)
Demonstrates experience with Electronic Document & Drawing Management Systems and
Company Management Systems and processes
Proven relationship builder with good people skills
Ability to encourage and enroll the organization to achieve excellence in Records and
Information management
Ability to work with new systems and or improve legacy systems in a flexible and pragmatic
way
Great attention to detail
Compliance mindset
Work consistent
Progress reporting on the document and drawing status / maintain KPI’s
Preferred
Oil & Gas Industry experience
