INTRODUCTION

The paper will show that an entrepreneur is nurture rather than nature. A number of

reasons and evidence will be presented in support of this. One of the earliest philosophical

arguments in philosophy is between nature and nurture. First, John Locke, a great

philosopher, thought that the human intellect is a "tabula rasa" (whiteboard) with no prior

knowledge. Evidently, not all of a child's predispositions are sufficient to qualify them as an

entrepreneur. Additionally, all humans own and the expertise they employ come from the

experience that makes up entrepreneurship. Instead, it has been asserted that some people's

success is a result of having strong genes passed down from their parents or unique

characteristics that make them qualified for the position. However, the truth that people don't

require exceptional parents to be successful is gradually dispelling this myth.

DEFINITIONS & BACKGROUND

An entrepreneur is someone who produces money by starting their own firm,

particularly if doing so requires seizing an opportunity and taking risks (Cambridge

Dictionary, 2019). In my opinion, entrepreneurs are people with a special aptitude for

business. They always work with discipline, integrity, dedication to their work and influence

on businesses in particular and the national economy in general. Entrepreneurs are an

uncommon kind. Only 1% to 2% of the workforce launches a firm each year, even in

innovation-driven countries (Kritikos, 2014). From my perspective, most entrepreneurs are

educated to be entrepreneurs.
BODY

Firstly, no one is born perfect and knows everything about business. Whether they are

twenty or eighty, everyone who stops learning is old. Learning new things keeps one

youthful. To maintain a youthful mind is the best goal in life (Henry Ford, 1863 - 1947).

Entrepreneurship is a combination of a multitude of characteristics, some of which exist only

through experience and failure. failure in life. According to Harvard Business School, Six

abilities are essential for all entrepreneurs: networking, speaking with confidence, absorbing

and acting on feedback, spotting trends, and having a development mindset (Cote, 2020).

While some traits may be present in some people instinctively, most of them do not appear

spontaneously. The attitude towards work helps motivate them to keep trying not to fall

behind in the changing world, it ensures to keep them on track, not distracted by current

achievements or unexpected failures. The importance of seeing, modelling, and imitating

other people's behaviours, attitudes, and emotional responses is emphasised by Albert

Bandura's social learning theory. The theory of social learning examines the interactions

between cognitive and environmental factors that affect human learning and behaviour

(McLeod, 2016).

Secondly, Nurture is not the only factor determining a person's ability by nature

forgetting the persistent effort expended. Born with colour blindness, only seeing best with

blue, Mark Zuckerberg - Jewish founder of the social network Facebook. The Jews are said to

be the most intelligent people in the world. A 2012 study found that while Jews make up less

than 0.2% of the world's population, they account for 22% of Nobel Prize winners. 11% of

the billionaires in the world, 41% of the economists who have won the Nobel Prize, and 20%

of the world's 50 richest persons are Jewish (Lapedus, 2017). A decade as CEO of Facebook

was a difficult time for Mark Zuckerberg when the company and himself were constantly

entangled in scandals. But with the ability of an entrepreneur, He devised innovative

techniques to deal with it by gaining practical experience. As a result, his achievement is the

result of his own efforts rather than genetic factors.

One argument against this topic is that Researchers have shown that a person's IQ is

substantially influenced by hereditary variables, and they have even identified individual

genes that contribute to this impact. Daniel Belsky, a professor at Duke University School of

Medicine, and his colleagues discovered a link between the existence of certain genes and

better socioeconomic outcomes after analysing data from a long-term study of 918 Dunedin,

New Zealand residents. Their conclusion: Your success is shaped by your genes. The Curie

family is one of my illustrations of how genes affect IQ. The Nobel Prize is considered a

symbol of exceptional success in our culture. Both Marie and Pierre Curie won Nobel Prizes.

Her daughter, Irene Joliot Curie, also won a Nobel Prize. so we have a belief that if a child is

born with good genes they will have a higher chance of success.Psychologist Francis Galton,

cousin of Charles Darwin, who coined the science concepts of "innate", "nurture" " and

eugenics, that people with superior intelligence should be encouraging to get married and

have children, and those who are intellectually less intelligent should not participate in the

process of reproduction and maintenance of the species.

In a Wall Street Journal article by clinical psychologist Meg Jay, Jay details her very

successful study of 400 people that found that 75% of them were people who had

experienced difficult problems before the age of 20. Lessons from people who come from

complicated family situations, have risen to success. Therefore, the appearance of ordinary

children in outstanding families or outstanding children in ordinary families proves that

eugenics or heredity does not determine a person's success. Abraham Lincoln, the 16th

president of the United States, is a model of independence who worked hard to get to

positions of power. He comes from a family of poverty, hardship and deprivation. In 1836, he

had just begun to practise law. Lincoln experienced both numerous accomplishments and
setbacks throughout his life. After each setback, he recovered his composure and used it as

motivation to work harder and accomplish more achievements. Without the assistance of

extraordinary genes or superior brains, everyone is continually trying and attaining success in

many spheres of life.

However,Psychologists assert that in reaction to this, all actions and behaviors are the

result of conditioning. According to John B. Waston, people may learn a talent and grow into

someone without relying on their genes or lineage. Entrepreneurship is not an innate ability,

nor is it because you are "born with a destiny star". But it's all a process of learning, self-

training, and a little predestined. Anyone can become an entrepreneur where you are needed

everywhere. Because everywhere needs qualified people to help them develop. What does it

take to become an expert or master performer in a certain field? The 10,000 hour rule states

that practising a certain skill for a total of around 10,000 hours is the path to success in any

subject.. It's a general principle, popularised by Malcolm Gladwell in his best-selling

exceptions: Success Stories (Etheridge, 2019). This is convincing evidence that success is

acquired via hard work and a protracted learning process.

CONCLUSION

This paper has shown that a successful entrepreneur is nurtured and developed through

business.Based on this, I believe that entrepreneurs should preserve unique behaviours and

continual learning processes that they have developed through time to assist them in making

the best company decisions and being more productive. Entrepreneurs seem to be made when

they exhibit unique qualities like creativity, experience, and knowledge. One argument

against this is that entrepreneurs are born with some unique characteristics that set them apart

from other entrepreneurs. However, many entrepreneurs, even though they come from

successful business families, fail and eventually give up. As a result, the qualities necessary
to become a successful entrepreneur are acquired through education, experience, and

accumulation of knowledge rather than innate qualities.
