CONSTRUCTION OF AGA KHAN HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL
MUHAMMADABAD GILGIT

Recently our company signed a contract for the construction Supervision project of School
buildings – CONSTRUCTION OF AGA KHAN HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL MUHAMMADABAD
GILGIT -with one of our clients, Aga Khan Education Service Pakistan (AKESP). The school is
1.3.2 Requirements
This project must meet the following list of requirements in order to achieve success.
Additional requirements may be added as necessary, with project sponsor approval, as the
project moves forward.
1.3.3 Constraints
The following constraints have been identified for this project:
1. Time, the project needs to comply with the stated deadline since the completion of
the building structure is depended on other projects.
2. Scope (The scope needs to be clear as it may affect the efficiency of the project)
3. Cost (Estimates and cost calculation)
4. Quality (No compromise on quality should be done)
5. HR (Proper planning and efficient utilization of resources)
6. Stakeholders, effective management and engagement of stakeholder throughout the
project lifecycle is key to success. Stakeholders’ management plan would be drafted
which would highlight the needs to each stakeholder and would outline when and
how information would be communicated to each one.
7. Change Control Management (any changes required would be proposed through the
change control, where the proposed change would be evaluated by the change
control board and implemented accordingly, if approved.)
1.3.4 Assumptions
The following are a list of assumptions. Upon agreement and signature of this document, all
parties acknowledge that these assumptions are true and correct:
1. This project has the full support of the project sponsor, stakeholders, and all
departments
2. The objectives of this project will be communicated throughout the company prior
to deployment
3. Scope of work has been fixed and agreed by all stakeholders.
4. All the required suppliers, resources, goods and services will be available as required
by the project.
1.5 Risks
The following list identifies possible risks for the project. The project manager will
determine and employ the necessary risk mitigation/avoidance strategies as appropriate to
minimize the likelihood of these risks:
1. Delays in the supply of required material can cause a delay in the overall project.
2. The Quality has to be up to the standard.
3. Environmental factors.
