ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
I’d like to thank Ms Zeba Khan for helping us with our journey through this
RBL and for providing us with encouragement to excel during this RBL
period. I would also like to thank our parents for understanding and
helping us with a few survey questions. I’d like to thank our friends too for
being abe to encourage us and be able to provide us with support. Lastly I’d
like to thank my fellow group members; Shayna and Tanav, because they
helped me write my individual report.

INTRODUCTION
WHAT IS OUR AIM?

WHAT IS THE 3RD SDG?

Health is a basic human right and a primary sustainable development
measure. Poor health undermines children's rights to education, reduces
men's and women's economic opportunities, and raises poverty in
communities and countries around the world. Health is affected by
poverty and is closely related to other facets of sustainable development,
including water and sanitation, gender equity, climate change and peace
and stability, in addition to being a cause of poverty. 

Millions of people are left without access to vital drugs every day, millions
of adults and children will be undernourished this year, and global
pollution is expected to triple in the coming year, with significant health
consequences. Furthermore, new health problems and threats are
emerging as economic integration, migration and political uncertainty
increase, threatening livelihoods in both the Global North and South.
