Component Teams vs Feature Teams

1 PO per committee. PO is missing in the above case.. 5 PM are only present. No PO. 1 PO and a single
shared backlog should be present.

Product managers should not be part of Sprint Planning.

transparency should be present. the one david presented should have been confirmed with the
stakeholders.

Help PO to prioritize the items.

Prioritization should be done well in advance.

Team is not cross functional.

Long trerm solution : Cindy need to work with PO and ensure which team requires max effort and
effectively work on that team. for the other two teams, she can spare time and work.

ALWAYS FOCUS ON THE VALUABLE ITEM. RATHER THAN DEPENDING ON ONE RESOURCE, THEY
SHOULD BE CROSS FUNCTIONAL.
