best bars has settled back to an even
footing. But is there a legacy? What are
the new-normal consumption trends
and are new economic pressures again O4 HOW WE DID IT
changing the way bars do business? Well, not to kill the
vibe, but no, not a lot has changed. Not according to the O7 BARTENDERS’ CHOICE
Brands Report, our annual snapshot of the buying O8 GIN
behaviours of the best bars in the world.
Of the 22 categories we poll on, 17 have the same 11 RUM
category leader as last year. Tanqueray is still the king
of gin, Bacardi is the number one rum, Ketel One won

vodka and Don Julio is the don of tequila – it feels a lot 15 SCOTCH
