In the world, there are a lot of festivals but I like Lunar new year best, also
call Tet – one of the biggest festival in Vietnam. It take place in late
January and early February, when the spring comes. Tet holiday is
celebrated in every year. Before Tet holiday, Vietnamese people decorate
the house, cook good foods, buy new clothes,... They usually buy peach
blossom, apricot blossom and Kum Quat trees. One of the most famous
food in Vietnam Lunar year is Chung cake. At Tet, people often visit their
friends and relatives, have some food or drink, talk and play some game.
Children get lucky money from adult. I feel very happy and relax with my
family. I love Tet holiday.

My Tam is a person I really admire and she is known as the queen of V-

pop. She is internationally well-known across all kinds of media and make
a massive impact on music. She not only sings but also writes her own
songs. She has a great admiration of people. When I listen to her music, I
feel very relaxed and happy. She is highly respected in her profession.
She's very simple and kind. She is usually charity work, benefit the poor
and the marginalized. She is trustworthy and down-to-earth too.

Tokyo is a modern and bustling city. The city is in the East of the main
island Honshu. It is a big city with a population 13.9 million. Tokyo,
which is the capital of Japan, is one of the three largest cities in the world.
Its main industries are electronics and manufacturing. The city is filled
with factories, large office buildings, banks, restaurants, shops of all sizes
and more than 100 colleges and universities. The city is also an important
seaport. At the heart of Tokyo is the Imperial Palace and the place where
the Emperor of Japan live with his family. In 2015, Tokyo was voted by
Monocle Magazine as the most livable city in the world.

4. Describe a paid job you ever did or someone you know ever
did
These days, there are a lot of part-times jobs available for students at
university and I used to work as a waiter in a coffee. I worked in coffee
shop last summer. There are many benefits to having a part-time job. First,
a part-time job can give up money so you could buy more clothes, books,
cosmetic,... Second, these jobs, although low-paid, give you a lot of life
experience. All part-time jobs will somehow help for our future. Finally, it
helps you know how to communicate with people better, helps you
understand stories better, helps you be more patient, discover more skills
yourself, responsibility and know how to apply theory in practice,... I think
part-time work is a very good experience for students. So, don’t let your
youth pass by meaninglessly, try to earn yourself part-time work.

your dream job
My dream is to become a tour guide. because I want to go to many
places and discover new lands. A tour guide is a difficult job that
necessitates extensive knowledge of the subject. If you want to be a
tour guide, you must learn many things to make your career
successful. You have to talk as much as you can, always be cheerful,
keep a friendly attitude towards people, and always fall in love with
the profession. Being a tour guide can make you a lot of money and
take you to many places. You will also hone and develop many skills,
such as tourist group management skills, responsibility, flexibility, and
dexterity. I love my dream job, and I will try to make my dreams come
true.

to work or live.
In the future, I want to live in New York. New York is a bustling and
famous city. The city is in the north of the USA. The city is one of the
largest centers of communication in the state of America. The
attractions of this city are cosmopolitan, modern, and luxurious, with
plenty of skyscrapers. The tourism sector is one of the most important
sectors in New York City, and that is why I want to work here. It
includes many historical, tourist, and religious sites such as Broadway,
Time Square, the Statue of Liberty, and Central Park. It is a beautiful
destination that I want to live in.

the environment. Do you agree or disagree?
Tourists cause more harm than good to local people and the environment. I
agree with the above comments. One of the most catastrophic effect is
environmental pollution. Many cities and towns become overcrowded
with tourists. The growth of vehicles to meet travel demand
accidentally traffic congestion, air and noise pollution. Secondly, more
and more natural resources such as water, energy, and soil are
exploited due to the increase in visitor numbers, which may lead to
the depletion of local resources, lead to soil erosion and increased
pollution. And finally, bad influence of tourism is the devastation of
the wildlife. The habitats of plants and wildlife are lost due to the
construction of tourist areas, tourist activities and recreational zones.
In my point of view, the development of tourism has an adverse
impact on the environment and local people.
